The 21-and-over event will feature over 20 breweries, distilleries and cideries, local food, products from local farms, and local music.
A sampling of the companies that will be on hand include
- the Bull and Barrel Brew Pub, of Brewster;
- the Ugly Mug, of Poughkeepsie;
- Angry Orchard, of Walden;
- North River Hops and Brewing, of Wappingers Falls;
- Tomáś Tapas Bar & Restaurant, of Wappingers Falls;
- Cardoso Cookies, of Hopewell Junction; and
- More Good, of Beacon.
Organizers describe the event as "a true farm-to-pint experience." Folks will be able to try hop-smoked barbecue by the award-winning Bacon Brothers and other hop-infused foods and beverages.
Buckeye Rooster and Tall Country will provide music.
The event also benefits the nonprofit Hope for Heroes, which "provides our nation's disabled heroes with an opportunity to restore a healthy, active lifestyle despite having suffered debilitating injuries while serving our country," according to its website.
The general, all-inclusive ticket is $50. A VIP ticket -- which includes early entry, a limited-edition glass and t-shirt, and more -- is $75. A designated-driver ticket is $25.
